Summary
Labcorp is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Alconbury in Cambridgeshire.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm (37.5 hours). On-call rota where you will be available 1 in every 5-6 weeks to attend any emergencies out of hours.
Job Responsibilities:
Participating as a member of an integrated maintenance team.
Maintain and fault find on a wide range of mechanical/electrical services.
Reading mechanical/electrical services drawings and schematics.
Operating, inspecting and repairing heating, pressure and commercial hot and cold domestic water systems.
Operating, inspecting and maintaining HVAC plant and associated local/BMS systems
Repairing/ fault diagnosing electrical equipment and installations in line with current regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
BTEC, City & Guilds recognised Apprenticeship in Maintenance, Electrical or similar field
Additional Job Standards:
Previous experience in a similar role
Must live within 45 minutes of Alconbury due to on-call requirement
Shift allowance and Disturbance payment for every ‘call’ you attend out of hours + overtime
