Summary
Lead and manage perioperative services and theatres across all three hospital sites, ensuring safe, highquality clinical care. Provide visible professional leadership to nursing, ODP and AHP teams, including linemanaging theatre matrons and Pre-Op Assessment team. Oversee theatre productivity, GIRFT compliance, service transformation and improvement initiatives. Ensure robust clinical governance, risk management, patientexperience monitoring and incident/complaints processes. Hold responsibility for budgets, workforce planning, recruitment, retention and staff development. Support strategic planning, quality strategies and integration of multidisciplinary teams.
