The Governors wish to appoint an exceptional leader who has the vision, enthusiasm and innovative thinking to drive the school forward, building on our existing strengths. The new Headteacher will be someone who:

• Has strong leadership, management and organisational skills
• Has a solid record of raising standards and school improvement
• Is forward thinking, creative, innovative and a visionary school leader
• Has high expectations of children and staff and can motivate and inspire all members of the school community
• Has a positive and resilient approach, able to calmly manage challenges and change
• Is committed to inclusion and ensuring that teaching meets the needs of each and every one of our children
• Has experience developing and leading a strong safeguarding culture, ensuring the welfare of children and staff
• Is an effective communicator, able to interact successfully with all stakeholders and the wider community
• Has strong financial management skills and can approach this area with confidence
