We are looking to appoint an excellent all-round classroom practitioner to join our caring, dedicated and ambitious team at our small school in Southampton.

The ideal candidate will:
• Be an advocate for every child, nurturing little hearts and minds.
• Be committed to continuous improvement and raising standards of attainment.
• Have high expectations of achievement and behaviour.
• Think outside the box to prepare a stimulating, flexible and purposeful for curriculum or every child
• Be highly motivated, reflective, resilient and resourceful.
• Be committed to working in partnership with children, staff, parents, governors and the wider community.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate, inspire and support colleagues.
• Dedicated to ensuring smooth transition between class teachers.
