What skills and experience we're looking for
The governors are looking to appoint a Key Worker Teaching Assistant for our nursery school (3 - 4 year olds) provision.
Experience of working with early years children is essential as is an early years’ level three qualification. Experience of working in a Key Person role is also desirable. We are looking for a member of staff who works well as part of a team and is clear about how to support and develop children’s wellbeing and progress under the guidance of the teachers who lead the provision. The candidate will have the ability to form positive relationships with young children quickly and deliver effective group times that meet the needs of the children in their care.
Safeguarding is a very important aspect of Plym Bridge Nursery School & Day Care. All applicants will be expected to have a full DBS check and disclose any issues which may be relevant to them working in a nursery.
