We need you! Nurseries currently need flexible workers in Greater Manchester!
We have over 100 nurseries all around Greater Manchester who need flexible childcare staff. Childcare settings are ready to use our workers and we need more flexible workers in the Wigan, Bury, Oldham, Rochdale and Trafford areas. You will be in full control of the shifts you want to do and are supported fully during the onboarding process. You will be given Safeguarding Training and an induction.

Our current flexible childcare workers love being fully in control of their working week. We have retired workers who still want to work with children but it fits with their trips or other commitments, workers in between jobs, university students who need work to fit in and around lectures, Teaching Assistants/teachers who want extra work in holidays or after school.
You will be supported throughout the whole registration process by one of our available, on-hand, friendly, team members.
Desirable:
- Minimum of a Level 2 qualification in Early Years, QTS or equivalent
- Experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting
- Knowledge of child development, the early years curriculum and safeguarding children
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- A positive and nurturing approach to working with children

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education to children in the childcare setting
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and play
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the childcare setting
- Be flexible and able to adjust to different routines/settings
- Support the safeguarding of children

Salary: £15.55 upwards for over 21 depending on qualification level
