What You'll Be Doing:
• Overhauling and delivering a sector-leading SEND strategy as SENCO
• Leading, inspiring, and developing a skilled SEN support & teaching team
• Creating and tracking targeted support plans in collaboration with teachers, families, and external agencies
• Delivering professional development on SEND and inclusive practice
• Acting as SEND advocate, advisor, case manager and policy expert within SLT
• Analysing pupil data, overseeing EHCP processes, and crafting positive learning journeys
