The role
To provide customer focused services across the Partnerships portfolio, including delivery of intensive housing management to residents in supported housing schemes and homes across the community.
To be the principle point of contact with Managing Agents, manage contracts and relationships to support vulnerable people living in our homes.
To ensure residents across the portfolio receive high quality customer focused services, to achieve sustain communities.
You will be required to be visible, and work a minimum of 4 days in an office or scheme location, to meet resident and business needs.
The location
You will have a designated place of work, either in one of our main office or a hub/scheme office. Travel between sites will be a requirement for this role.
What you�ll be doing:
Principal accountabilities:
� Deliver a customer focused service which embraces Southern Housing (SH) culture, HEART values, current and future legislation, policy, procedure and best practice.
� Provide an effective intensive housing management service for residents with identified support needs, working with external support providers, commissioners and other partners within relevant legislation, regulation and Service Level Agreements. (SLA).
� Carry out void management including pre-void inspections, obtaining referrals, assessing applicant suitability, completing risk assessments as necessary, tenancy fraud checks, affordability assessments, viewings, sign-ups, completing CORE and updating the tenancy management systems.
� Across supported housing schemes, manage and investigate tenancy breaches using informal and formal interventions. Start court action for ASB, debt, crime or nuisance issues and authorise notice to quit or notice to seek possession, liaise with our solicitors, prepare the court papers, attend court hearings, draft the eviction report and complete the eviction process.
� A full driving license and access to own vehicle.Qualifications/professional development Essential:
