The Best Connection Tamworth are currently recruiting Production Line Operatives for our client's busy manufacturing site. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing manufacturing team with competitive pay and the possibility of permanent positions following a successful trial period.

Pay & Working Hours

• Monday: 06:00 - 18:00

• Tuesday: 06:00 - 14:00

• Wednesday: Day off

• Thursday: 06:00 - 18:00

• Friday: 06:00 - 18:00

• 40 hours per week.

• 1 hour break per day.

• £12.47 per hour.

Job Overview

As a Production Line Operative, duties may include:

• Operating semi-automated production machines

• Handling chemicals as part of the manufacturing process

• Pouring chemicals into machines

• Loading and unloading PCB boards in and out of chemical machine tanks

• Operating machines to rout finished circuit boards

• Supporting testing and inspection processes

• Processing panels during the fill stage

• Maintaining quality standards and following health & safety procedures

Full training will be provided, and successful candidates may be offered permanent positions after a successful trial period.
