We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join our team in Tamworth. This role involves the preparation and application of paint on products of various sizes within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will play a vital part in ensuring the production of high-quality products for timely delivery to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare products using techniques such as shot blasting, surface cleaning, sanding, and filling imperfections.
• Load products onto the paint line and apply primer and powder coatings using electrostatic methods.
• Mix paint components accurately.
• Conduct post-production quality inspections to ensure standards are met.
• Use hand and power tools to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Log job times and report daily progress to the line manager.
