About the Service

Our Strathbungo Supported Living Service provides high-quality support to six adults—primarily deafblind—with a range of complex needs. We recently achieved a Care Inspection Grade 6 – Excellent and were awarded Team of the Year 2025.


Who We Support

We support four females and two males (ages 30–60) living in their own ground-floor flats in Strathbungo. Conditions include epilepsy, deafblindness, and mobility challenges. You’ll provide 1:1 support, focusing on building trust, promoting independence, and enabling each person to achieve their personal goals.

>Support with personal care, daily living, medication, meal prep, finances and companionship
>Build strong relationships with families and professionals
>Promote independence in line with personalised support plans
>Keep accurate records
>Work collaboratively within a supportive team
>The people we support enjoy fun social lives—discos, cinema trips, shopping, local walks and annual holidays are regular highlights!


Shift Pattern

We provide 24/7 support. Full-time roles are up to 37 hours per week, averaging 23 shifts per month, including weekends. Shifts include:

>Early: 07:30–14:30
>Late: 14:30–21:30
>Sleepovers required
