Ordering of equiptment via Oracle system of pumps and equiptment relating to the Diabetes and Endocrinology department. Arranging Pump Showcase Events Supporting with patient education for patients attending weekly consultant sessions. Maintaining and managing internal processes for pump patients. Support with telephone calls to the nurse advice line. Maintaining data for pump reimbursements.
