Summary
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Customer Feedback Officer to join our Streetscene service, to support the continuous improvement of customer experience across the service. This is a key role in supporting the Council’s corporate customer feedback system and ensuring customers receive high‑quality responses that reflect our commitment to transparency, accountability and service excellence.
You will work closely with the Customer Services Team Leader and colleagues across the service to ensure the effective handling of customer feedback, complaints and service failures.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service, enjoys problem-solving, and can work confidently in a fast-paced and varied environment.
