Location: Hastings, East Sussex
We’re looking for an experienced, proactive and motivated Housing Management Officer to join our fast‑paced Property Services Team. You’ll be part of a friendly and welcoming team in a dynamic environment that can be both challenging and rewarding.
What you’ll do:
Manage a portfolio of properties and tenancies
Support the Income Recovery team on rent arrears
Manage ASB and other tenancy issues
Carry out inspections and ensure Health & Safety compliance
Raise safeguarding concerns where risks are identified
Coordinate repairs and manage voids
Support residents to sustain their placements
Work with contractors and partner agencies
What you’ll bring:
Experience in housing or property management (essential)
Knowledge of housing legislation & H&S (desirable)
Confidence managing ASB and navigating challenging situations
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently
Driving licence (essential)
