Summary
About this Role
We are looking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant for 35 Hours per Week, on a Term Time only basis to join our team at Graham School.
We are looking for someone who:
Is passionate about helping every child succeed and flourish
Brings creativity, patience and positivity to the classroom
Values strong relationships with pupils, families and colleagues
Is a team player who contributes to the wider life of the school
Can confidently deliver intervention sessions to individuals and small groups of children, across the four broad areas of need
As a HLTA you will have a deep commitment to championing inclusion and wellbeing across our school. You will play a critical role in modelling best practices for adapted instruction, planning and delivering high-quality, small-group learning experiences that remove barriers and ensure equity of access for every pupil.
Your expertise will be vital in nurturing a supportive classroom atmosphere within our designated SEND area of the school. This role requires proactive collaboration with the SENDCo and teaching staff to maintain an environment where all children feel safe, valued, and empowered to flourish both academically and emotionally.
