Level 2 or 3 Early Years Practitioner
Kinder Place is a Day Nursery ready to offer the right person the fantastic opportunity to work in the challenging and rewarding world of young children.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Nursery Nurse to join our busy, friendly team working within our nursery under the supervision of the room leader as part of a passionate and dedicated team.
This is a full-time post (42.5 hours per week) between 7am and 6pm. Will consider part-time as a job share.
Key responsibilities (full job description and specification available on request):
To work as part of team to provide an exciting and innovative environment that meets the developing needs and interests of all children.
To work within the EYFS to monitor, plan and track children’s progress using ‘Tapestry’
To work within and fully understand the statutory requirements laid out by Ofsted.
To abide by and be mindful of the health and safety policies and procedures of the nursery ensuring a safe place for children, staff and visitors at all times.
Specifications:
Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years (Essential if qualified).
Paediatric First aid certificate (Desirable).
Safeguarding Certificate (Desirable).
Basic Food Hygiene (Desirable).
Prevent Duty/British Values (Desirable).
GDPR Training (Desirable).
Knowledge of the EYFS (Desirable).
Wage: TBC
