What You’ll Be Doing:
• Spearheading high-impact SEND strategies and outstanding practice school-wide
• Chairing EHCP, annual review, and intervention meetings with clarity and rigour
• Leading and inspiring a team of TAs, therapists, and pastoral staff
• Coaching subject teachers to ensure true curriculum accessibility for all learners
• Building transformational partnerships with parents, external agencies, and the wider community

Ideal “SENCO” for this Southwark School:
• UK-trained teacher with QTS and strong classroom reputation
• Specialist SEND qualification (e.g., NASENCO) or demonstrable SEND leadership
