Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for people with a passion to support and work with children, maintaining a safe, happy and orderly environment for our young pupils.

We are looking for people who would enjoy:

• Building positive relationships with children
• Supporting all children with positive interactions and activities in the playground and classroom during lunch break
• Managing pupils’ behaviour following our positive, relational behaviour approach
• Helping pupils during meal time
• Promoting a positive play culture through interacting, modelling and playing with our children
• Liaising with other colleagues to ensure the smooth running of lunchtime
• Working in a calm way with resilience, resourcefulness and a sense of humour
• Working in an enthusiastic team and learning more about how children develop
