Summary
About the Role
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Care Workers to join our growing care team. In this role, you will support individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.
You will provide person-centred care to clients with a range of needs including older adults, individuals with disabilities, and people requiring support with daily living activities.
Key Responsibilities
As a Domiciliary Care Worker, your duties may include:
Assisting clients with personal care such as washing, dressing, and grooming
Supporting clients with mobility and transfers
Helping with meal preparation and nutrition
Administering or prompting medication (following training)
Providing companionship and emotional support
Supporting clients with household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
Maintaining accurate care records
Promoting dignity, independence, and respect at all times

Experience in care is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Essential Requirements
Right to work in the UK

Ability to travel between clients’ homes
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or mornings if required
