Summary

The Role

Shift: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

Pay Rate: up to £13.81 per hour

Start: ASAP

Personal Specifications:

  • Full Driving Licence
  • Counterbalance qualification (must have FLT certificate)
  • Experience / Interest in maintenance and facilities
  • Physically fit and used to working outdoors

Responsibilities:

  • Ad hoc maintenance jobs - minor repairs etc.
  • Ability to carry of facilities duties - painting etc.
  • Manual handling.
  • General site cleaning / clearing, removing waste and segregate recycling accordingly with site policy
  • Driving site maintenance vehicles.
  • Ground maintenance.
