Summary
Advanced assessment , including full physical assessment. Early recognition and management of AKI (including SHOUT bundle) Supporting Early identification and treatment of sepsis. Interpretation of blood tests, and clinical investigations. Fluid assessment and optimisation Formulating and escalating treatment plans ,Medication review within scope of practice. Delivering clinical education to multidisciplinary teams. Supporting safe discharge and followup for AKI patients. Strong communication and multidisciplinary teamwork. Ability to work autonomously across ED and inpatient areas.
