Summary

Job Advert: Ex-Military Opportunity - Electrical or Mechanical The Opportunities

We are currently recruiting for multiple levels and working patterns to suit your lifestyle:

  • The Roles: Service Engineer, Resident Engineer, and Lead/Site Supervisor.

  • The Shifts: Choose between a stable Monday - Friday (08:00-17:00) routine or shift patterns for maximum days off.

  • The Rewards: Competitive salary brackets ranging from £40,000 to £65,000+ (depending on experience and seniority), plus overtime, standby allowances, and comprehensive benefits packages.

What You Bring to the Team
  • Technical Foundation: A formal engineering qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or military equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering).

  • Adaptability: The ability to pivot from a routine inspection to an emergency repair without losing your cool.

  • Leadership (for Lead roles): Experience managing small teams, sub-contractors, and health & safety compliance (RAMS).

  • The "Can-Do" Attitude: You don't walk past a problem; you solve it.
