Summary
The successful candidate will be working with our other Nature Reserves Maintenance Operatives as part of a wider grounds team looking after four of our major green spaces:
• The Ghyll LNR (18 hectares of important semi-natural habitats including ancient gill woodland and species-rich grassland. You'll also find areas of scrub, tussocky grassland, diverse bracken stands and mixed secondary woodland.)
• Crowborough Country Park LNR (16 acres with a diverse mosaic of habitats including dry and wet woodland, remnant ancient coppice, streams, ponds and rocky outcrops.)
• Bluebell Wood (2 acres of mature woodland right in the heart of the town)
• Pocket Park (A newly created bite-sized green space within the town which is a haven for wildlife and a place for local residents to enjoy.)
