And we have a simple rule: no bland food and no boring service. Now we’re looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to help lead one of our most exciting locations — a stylish restaurant on our client campus, serving colleagues and their guests.

The Restaurant

This isn’t a typical staff dining space.

Think:

  • Proper table service
  • Beautiful glassware and presentation
  • A welcoming restaurant atmosphere
  • Guests who come to relax, meet and enjoy great food

We’re also launching a new nutrition-led menu, designed to help guests understand exactly what’s in their food. Menus include QR codes that bring ingredients and nutrition to life, so our service team play an important role in engaging guests and guiding them through the menu.

Hospitality, conversation and personality are at the heart of what we do.

Job Description

The Role

As Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll be the person helping the restaurant run smoothly and making sure the energy on the floor is exactly where it should be.

You’ll:

  • Lead the front-of-house team during service
  • Create a warm, relaxed and welcoming experience for guests
  • Support and motivate the team so everyone delivers great hospitality
  • Bring energy to pre-service briefings and keep the team aligned
  • Help guests navigate the menu and nutrition concept
  • Work closely with the manager to keep operations organised and running smoothly
  • In short — you’ll help turn a good lunch service into a great restaurant experience.
