We’re excited to offer an incredible opportunity for a Junior National Account Manager to join our dedicated and professional
Commercial team on a hybrid basis.

Squeaky Bean, and Unearthed.
Working Hours: Mon – Thurs 8:30am – 5pm, Friday 8:30 – 4pm
Type of Role: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
Location: Hybrid with travel to client and company sites/offices on a weekly basis
Your Duties Will Include:
* Support delivery of the joint business plan for the Food to Go category on our client’s account.
* Build and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with key customer contacts.
* Prepare for customer meetings including performance reviews, promotional planning and innovation updates.
* Monitor sales performance and highlight risks and growth opportunities.
* Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
* Support development of category-led selling stories and insights.
* Collaborate with category and marketing teams to build compelling customer propositions.
* Support successful new product launches within the Food to Go range on our client’s account.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including supply chain, NPD, marketing and finance.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams across the business.
* Support forecasting and demand planning to maintain strong service levels.

* Strong communicator, confident presenting and building relationships internally and with customers.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

* Flexible and open to travel between UK sites and customer locations when required.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Delivery of revenue and volume targets for the Food to Go category on our client’s account.
* Growth in product distribution and listings.
* High-quality customer presentations and commercial reviews.
* Successful delivery of new product launches and key projects.
* Accurate forecasting and strong operational collaboration with internal teams.
* Identification of opportunities to grow the Food to Go category and meal deal participation.
