Summary

Your responsibilities as a Resourcing Manager will include:
  • Creating job adverts and campaigns to attract diverse, high-calibre talent and designing selection processes that effectively assess candidates.
  • Delivering expert recruitment support, advice, and guidance to hiring managers throughout the process.
  • Identifying and leading employer branding activities to enhance the organisation’s market presence, including external advertising, attending jobs fairs, and conducting outreach to diverse, under-represented communities.
  • Managing and mentoring a team of Resourcing Coordinators.
  • Acting as a leader within the Resourcing team, focusing on team quality, performance, support, and wellbeing.
  • Identifying and guiding Continuous Improvement projects within the team to streamline and enhance existing processes.
  • Utilise recruitment data and metrics to identify process improvements and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Assist in the management of the Reward & Recognition scheme, raising awareness and encouraging its usage across the organisation.
