Various shifts available 24 hours a day - Lates, Earlies, Sleep ins and Waking nights.
About You
We are looking to recruit a team of flexible staff who are able to support our homes.
We require team players that are enthusiastic and have experience or an understanding of caring and supporting those who may have dealt with challenges or may have emotional, behavioural, learning or physical needs.
Previous experience of working in the care sector or a similar role is essential, we also welcome applications from candidates who have the relevant knowledge or transferrable skills.

The Role
You will be working alongside children and young people in our residential homes and supported accommodation. We need people that can have fun, are motivated and resilient. We want people who have a passion and ambition to support children in our care and prepare them for adult life, whilst keeping them safe in a homely and nurturing environment.
You will be given lots of training to provide therapeutic care to our young people and you will work as part of a dedicated, caring team to ensure we are giving the best support and care possible. As part of this role you may be required enrol onto a Level 4 apprenticeship qualification to ensure you are qualified for the role and there will be an expectation that this is completed within eighteen months from appointment.
