Summary
Material Handler I
Location: Loughborough
Pay Rate: £13.20 per hour
Contract: 12 Months (Full-Time)
Hours: 38 hours per week
Shift: Monday 06:00-14:30 | Tue-Fri 06:00-14:00 (No late shifts)
The Role
We are looking for a reliable Material Handler to join our warehouse team. You will be responsible for ensuring products are received, stored, and shipped accurately while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Loading and unloading deliveries using manual handling equipment.
Checking goods against orders for quality and quantity.
Picking and packing customer orders using handheld terminals.
Organizing stock and booking items into the warehouse system.
Ensuring the workspace stays safe and tidy (5S standards).
Requirements
Previous warehouse experience (picking, packing, or dispatch).
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
A positive, flexible attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
Physical fitness for manual handling tasks.
Must provide your own safety boots (all other PPE provided).
