Front of House Team Member – Blue Bell Inn, Crookham
The Blue Bell Inn is looking for a part-time Front of House team member to join our friendly country inn.
We’re a popular destination known for home-cooked pub food, comfortable rooms, great Sunday roasts, and a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. If you love making people feel at home and enjoy being part of a busy, friendly team, this could be the role for you.
The role
Greeting and serving guests with a warm, friendly manner
Ensuring guests have a great experience from start to finish
Assisting with table service, drinks, and basic preparation
Checking in room guests
Keeping the public and back of house spaces clean, tidy and organised.
Part-time hours – including evenings and weekends
Training provided – hospitality experience is helpful but not essential if you’re eager to learn and have customer service experience.
We’re looking for someone friendly, approachable and confident with guests, who enjoys working in a team and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
