ABOUT THE ROLE

Deliver one‑to‑one therapeutic counselling to children and young people across schools, centres across Dartford, Kent and online.
Manage your own caseload and complete initial assessments.
Maintain accurate and confidential therapeutic records.
Liaise with professionals, families and school staff as required.
Respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns in line with policy.
Work flexibly on a self‑employed basis, with own insurance, DBS and membership.

ABOUT YOU

Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Counselling Children and Young People.
Registered with BACP/UKCP and committed to ethical practice.
Experience counselling children and young people across varied settings.
Able to build rapport, show empathy and maintain professional boundaries.
Strong organisational, communication and record‑keeping skills.
Committed to reflective practice and ongoing CPD.
