Summary
Job Advert
We are looking for a skilled, reflective, and emotionally steady School Counsellor to join our team. This isn’t a "surface-level"
role; you will be working within a deeply relational, trauma-informed inclusion model to support pupils navigating anxiety, loss,
identity questions, and complex barriers to engagement.You will be part of a team that prioritises a structured safeguarding
culture and values the therapeutic process as a core pillar of school engagement.
