Are you looking for a term time role working in a specialist area within a People and Culture team?




We are seeking an organised, flexible People Team Coordinator with an excellent eye for detail. You will be responsible for
ensuring an effective and efficient administrative service working closely with the Expert Services function.




Please note, this is a Fixed Term position until 01/06/2027. This is a hybrid role which could be based in either Crawley,
Chichester or Kent. This vacancy will close at 12 noon on 18/03/2026.




The Expert Services function provides specialist advice and guidance to Trust Leaders across 45 schools, employees as well as
working with recognised Trade unions.




The role focuses on producing and maintaining documentation, coordinating meetings and engagement activity, taking minutes,
tracking actions, and keeping records organised, up to date and compliant with Trust processes.




This is a varied role where you will be working closely with the People Expert Services Manager as well as collaborating with our
Employment Relations, Operations and Payroll Teams.




The skills we are looking for are:

*Experience in an administrative role requiring high levels of accuracy and document management.

* Experience formatting and producing professional documents using templates/style guidance.

* Experience organising meetings (diary coordination, agendas, papers, minutes, actions).

* Strong IT skills, including Google Docs/Word (formatting), Gmail/Outlook (diaries), and Google Sheets/ Excel (basic trackers).

* Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
