Summary

We are a residential care home specialising in elderly care and Dementia. The majority of our residents live here on a permanent basis but we also offer respite care.
Job Responsibilities:
To work as part of a team
Administer prescribed medication to residents and provide support
Update necessary documents accordingly
Carry out medication audits
Follow up any required medication
Insulin administration following policies
Monthly ordering of medication
Skills/ Requirements
You are required to have the basic desire to care.
At least 2 years’ experience in a medicines-based role
Candidates wishing to apply should have experience of working in an elderly people care home.
NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
