PA to Principal
Salary: From £24,978 - £33,882, depending on experience
Hours: 37.5 hours, full year
The Hyndburn Academy are seeking to appoint a permanent PA to Principal. This exciting and varied role offers an exceptional opportunity to support the Principal in the smooth operation of the school while also supporting with day-to-day administration tasks for the HR Manager. The successful candidate will be integral in ensuring effective communication and operational efficiency, as well as assisting in strategic planning and school events. The successful applicant will be a trusted individual therefore confidentiality and integrity are important characteristics along with being an enthusiastic, positive, flexible, and motivated individual. You will have the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues.
Responsibilities will include: (See full job description)
• Managing the Principals diary on a daily basis
• Providing administrative support to the Principal therefore IT skills are essential
• Providing support to the HR Manager with some day to day to tasks
• Supporting with the planning and organising of school events including Induction days, Open Evening, parents evenings etc.
