Summary

Document Controller

A country leading tier 1 contractor are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join their business, initially on a 6-month temporary contract, with the opportunity to go permanent afterwards.

About the role of Document Controller

Overseeing 4/5 residential schemes across the south coast including Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire and Surrey, however predominantly based out of their head office in Hampshire, with the occasional visit to site.

Responsibilities for Document Controller

  • Manage and maintain all documentation ensuring that all filling complies with company protocol and standards.

  • Work across a variety of schemes ensuring support, guidance and training is provided to all site teams.

  • Proactively ensure all incoming and outgoing documentation is tracked and recorded

Requirements for Document Controller

  • Previous experience within the construction industry within a similar role is essential

  • Prior experience of using Document Management systems , preferably Dalux or A-site

  • An understanding and knowledge of ISO19650 is preferable
