Summary

Experienced Document Controller required to join an outstanding Tier 1 Contractor on a temporary to permanent basis. Amongst an exceptional Document Control team, offering fantastic opportunities for progression and development.

About the role of Document Controller

As Document Controller you will oversee numerous project out of their regional office, covering Hampshire, Dorset & Surrey. Traditionally systems wise they use Dalux, however would consider someone with previous A-site experience. Knowledge and strong understanding of ISO19650 is essential.

Responsibilities for Document Controller

  • Maintain the document control filing and archiving in accordance with the company procedures.
  • Record the documents in the company database, organise the dispatch, collect the comments.
  • Ensure all design documentation meets approved guidelines, whilst liaising and supporting site teams with the roll out of the latest issue of design documentation.

Requirements for Document Controller

  • The ideal candidate will hold experience within the construction industry working for a similar contractor
  • Be local to Basingstoke and willing to travel to surrounding sites
  • Hold experience working with relevant document management systems
