Cover Supervisor
Location: Malvern
Contract: Full-time, long-term

Paragon Education is currently recruiting a reliable and confident Cover Supervisor to join a secondary school in the Malvern area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable classroom experience within a supportive school environment.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes during the short-term absence of teachers, ensuring students remain focused and engaged with the work set by the teaching staff.
Key responsibilities:
Supervising classes across KS3 and KS4 during teacher absences
Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials provided by teaching staff
Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
Ensuring students stay on task and complete the work set
Reporting back to teachers regarding student progress and behaviour
Supporting the wider school team where required
Requirements:
Experience working with young people (school, coaching, youth work or similar)
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
Confidence leading a classroom environment
A proactive and organised approach
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting positive student behaviour
