Summary
Primary Teacher (SEN Experience)
Location: Malvern
Contract: Full-time, long-term
Start Date: ASAP or September 2026
Paragon Education is recruiting a dedicated Primary Teacher with SEN experience to join a supportive and inclusive school in the Malvern area. This role offers the opportunity to work with pupils who require additional support, helping them overcome barriers to learning while building confidence and independence.

Key responsibilities:
Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the primary curriculum
Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD and learning difficulties
Differentiating learning to meet individual pupil needs
Working closely with teaching assistants and the SENCO
Monitoring progress and supporting EHCP targets where required
Creating a positive, structured and supportive classroom environment
Requirements:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Experience teaching in a UK primary school
Experience supporting pupils with SEN
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Patient, adaptable and nurturing approach
Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education
