Summary
See attached Job Description and Person Specification for the role of Cancer Care Coordinator. The role is to support patients and their families following a cancer diagnosis. You will work alongside the Cancer Clinical Nurse Specialists to support them in ensuring that the patient has access to personalised care and support planning.
