Unity Business Services (UBS) HR Operations and HR Service Centre are responsible for the employees of HMRC and the Valuation Office Agency.

Are added to the payroll when they are recruited and removed from the payroll when they leave.
Job description
This is a key role in Unity Business Services - HR Operations, reporting different aspects of performance and planning resource requirements to meet customer demand.
You will extract data from a range of different sources to produce various reports on demand, resource availability and performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
You will also produce weekly Customer Contact requirements and transactional production plans whilst also monitoring call queues and adherence to plans.
Person specification
Communicate well with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Consistently meet deadlines and performance expectations whilst working independently and remotely.
Ability to influence others and constructively deal with challenge.
Ability to analyse information from a range of sources when making decisions, considering risks and wider business impact.
Essential Criteria
Good working knowledge of HR Systems including Service Central - HR Agent Workspace and HR Ops Stats.
Good basic level of digital skills - a large proportion of role requires working with Excel sheets, updating Power BI and SharePoint sites.
Desirable Criteria
Working knowledge of HR reporting using Service Central.
Experience of using Odigo telephony platform.
Previous experience of resource planning.
