Team Member (Visitor Centre)Salary (Grade 1) - £13.08 per hourHours: We have 4 part-time positions available to support within the Visitor Centre on fixed term contracts from April until 1st November 2026. Our site operates 7 days a week, so weekend work will be required within these roles. Specific shifts available will be discussed at interview.Location: National Museum of the Royal Navy Portsmouth, Portsmouth Historic DockyardLinking Navy to Nation with inspiring stories and experiences. You’ll be part of a friendly, high performing team, welcoming and engaging visitors in a unique and inspiring heritage setting.You’ll play a key role in welcoming our visitors onsite, alongside providing warm, confident and engaging customer service, you’ll have a clear sales focus, actively promoting Gift Aid and guidebooks and working towards weekly conversion targets. These targets are an important part of the role and are approached in a supportive, positive way, helping to enhance the visitor journey while maximising income.
