In this dynamic and rewarding position, you will work closely with our teaching staff to provide tailored support to students, both in and out of the classroom. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting students with a wide range of educational activities, from one-on-one tutoring to small group work
- Implementing personalised learning plans to address the unique needs and learning styles of each student
- Collaborating with teachers to develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that capture the imagination of our pupils
- Providing emotional and behavioural support to students, helping to foster a positive and nurturing learning environment
- Maintaining detailed records of student progress and communicating regularly with teachers and parents
- Participating in staff meetings, training sessions and professional development opportunities to continuously expand your skills and knowledge
