SEMH Support
A secondary school is looking for a full time Learning Support Assistant to join their team as soon as possible.
This is a full time role to start ASAP and likely to extend until July 2026 in the first instance. This rewarding role will involve supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, helping them engage positively with learning and develop self-regulation skills.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to provide structured 1:1 and small group support. You will help implement behaviour strategies, build strong relationships with pupils, and create a calm classroom environment where students feel safe and supported.
