Summary
Manager needed for all aspects of what is now a small cafe/takeaway run by the owner, daytime only soon to be a licenced restaurant in the evenings as well. Applicant will require an alcohol licence and relevant food certificates. A driver would also be a bonus.
Duties will be overseeing the day to day running of the premises in all aspects hiring and managing staff ensuring cleanliness and development of the buisiness. Social media savvy would be a great bonus.
The premises will seat a maximum of 16 when complete. The kitchen is small but functional and has a view to producing good quality food cooked on the premises. Job will be salaried.
