Summary
The post holders will contribute to the delivery of a high quality service, helping to drive a multi-disciplinary team approach to care within the specialty. Attend daily ward handovers Work as part of a medical ward team Work and liaise with a ward multi-disciplinary team Review ward patients Perform basic clinical skills Prescribing Discharge Planning and Discharge Summaries Maintaining continued professional development Complying with local policies and standards including completing mandatory training and annual and study leave policies Out of hours/on call work (either covering the wards or the acute medical unit admissions)
