Our promise is to create a place to work where you can thrive and be your best every day.We're looking for a Facilities Management Service Coordinator to work alongside one of our strategic clients, providing round‑the‑clock, on‑site engineering and facility support within a critical control‑room environment.
Role Responsibilities
-Provide proactive monitoring, fault identification and oversight of critical systems and infrastructure.
-Enable effective response plans for incidents, ensuring safe resolution and minimising operational impact.
-Lead reactive responses to emergency events such as fire, flood, and power outages, ensuring clear and timely customer communication.
-Deliver accurate communication and escalation to internal teams and external stakeholders.
-Administer planned and reactive maintenance activities, including subcontractor coordination and emergency callouts.
-Work closely with the wider team to design, develop and test scenario‑based training exercises.
-Carry out duties as an Electrical HV Authorised Person for the site.
-Support and control planned maintenance works including electrical switching operations.
Required QualificationsApplicants must meet the below requirements for the role:
-Well‑rounded and experienced Electrical Engineer.
-Recognised electrical qualifications including:
-City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2
-City & Guilds 2391
-18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations
-Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and familiarity with a range of maintenance equipment.
-Confident to attain Electrical Approved Person (HV) status in the near future.
-Able to start within a maximum of four weeks and hit the ground running.
-Good knowledge of BMS‑based engineering applications and the ability to work independently.
Working PatternA typical monthly shift rotation includes:
-2 days on / 2 nights on / 4 days off
-2 days on / 2 nights on / 10 days offShift times: 06:30-18:30 / 18:30-06:30
