The School of Computer Science & Informatics is looking to recruit a Student Experience Administrative Assistant. Working closely with the School’s Student Experience Coordinators and Administrators, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality administrative support to both staff and students across a range of distinct areas of administrative functions. Reporting formally to one of the two Student Experience Team Leaders.
You will be an enthusiastic, team-oriented individual who is looking for an opportunity to deliver a high-quality, optimal service to our students and academic staff. This is a busy, varied and important role requiring attention to detail. You will have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and take pride in providing a service that exceeds expectations.
We would encourage applicants to demonstrate and provide examples on a supporting statement how their experience, knowledge and skills relate to each of the essential / desirable criteria outlined in the person specification for this role.
You should have 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language. The post is available on a full-time basis for 35 hours over 5 days working Monday to Friday each week.
This is a full-time, fixed-term post for two years.
