To support effective and efficient planning and logistics for Learning & Development (L&D) Vehicle & Enforcement Training Delivery to ensure to right resource, right place, right time and fit for purpose equipment by supporting the production of learning delivery plans, resource plans and one DVSA collective annual plan in alignment with the financial bidding process with confirmed courses ahead of each quarter. Will also support Management Information (MI) reporting from the LMS and other systems to enable decision making.
To collaborate with L&D and People Directorate colleagues to enable planning, administration and logistics for L&D on behalf of the business.

Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:

  • Schedule Specialist Trainer Support within the L&D delivery plan.
  • Ensure learning materials, documents and equipment are available at all sites.
  • Administer hotel and travel requests in line with policy.
  • Manage all course correspondence, including booking confirmations, pre‑course materials and certificates.
  • Communicate and publish the L&D delivery plan.
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas and supporting documents.
  • Maintain the L&D Knowledge Management System and ensure accurate training records.
  • Handle all L&D correspondence for the Vehicle and Enforcement Training Team.
