You will be our induction lead, taking new colleagues into a journey of discovery through our Supported Housing portfolio and induction programme. Our induction has maintained such high satisfaction scores. We would love you to be part of the success.

You’ll also focus on managing our strong flexible bank worker team. You will have the passion and dedication to really make our bank team feel at home.

Developing and nurturing talent, setting colleagues up to succeed is key to this role. First impressions count and we are counting on you.

What’s in it for you?

  • 34 days leave (including bank hols and a “me day” to use for whatever you fancy) increasing to 39, the option to buy 5 more, and time off for volunteering too!

  • Health cash plan saving you from £1140 per annum. We’ll cover your costs (and kids if you have them) towards dental, optical, prescriptions, alternative therapies and lots more.

  • Over 800 high street discounts on groceries, holidays and days out. Looking for a new phone, bike or car? Save money with us.

  • We Grow Our Own colleagues (not literally of course!), when you’re ready for the next step in your career, you can grow with us!

  • Colleague wellbeing really matters to us. There are a number of tools and support available to help you when you need them.

What you’ll do (this role is known internally as Client Service Manager)

  • Your main priorities in this role will be managing our Newcastle flexible bank team and leading our 4 day induction programme.

  • Be a brilliant team communicator, ensuring our flexible bank team feel right at home and are regularly updated with key information and learning compliance. You will have a keen eye for working policies and procedures.

  • You will have strong links with our supported housing service managers, keeping engagement at the very heart of what you do.

  • As the induction lead, you will ensure that everyone has a brilliant first impression, and one that counts (and lasts)! This 4-day programme really sets new starters up for success.

  • You will reach for the stars, maintaining high satisfaction levels across all induction groups.

  • Although our programme really works, having a continuous improvement mind set will really make you stand out from the crowd.

Why join us

You have

  • Energy and living our brilliant behaviours. This role is no walk in the park, but the rewards will make up for it.

  • Experience of group facilitation, preferably up to 10 people.
