Summary
For further information please refer to the Job Description & Person Specification To work as part of a team providing care, play and activities appropriate to the age and ability of the child, supervising staff and children in the absence of a room leader. To plan the activities and play opportunities to support childrens learning To interact sensitively with children in groups and individually to promote confidence and self esteem. To work with key children and their parents and attend parents evenings. To work with Ofsteds regulatory requirements and the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum. Work with the team to carry out an audit of the provision for Quality Marks, ITERS & ECERS 3.
